N’Golo Kante, a Chelsea mid, is surprisingly rated behind his club-mate Jorginho, among the top ten finest center midfielders in the world right now. Last season, the 30-year-old French midfielder played a key role in Chelsea’s Champions League win. He had played 13 times for Chelsea in Europe’s best club tournament. He scored four goals and provided one assist on a run to the final in Portugal.
In the Champions League, the French player also assisted Chelsea to maintain nine clean sheets and win four Player of the Match accolades. Not to forget, Kante’s form in the last season gained him the position among Jorginho and Lionel Messi as viable Ballon d’Or contenders in 2021.
