While serving summer heat to her 25 million followers, the 49-year-old actress looked stunning in her strapless suit with her hands behind her head, complimenting her looks with bold red-framed sunshades and a chunky hoop earring. She wore her brunette hair in a ponytail behind her head to show off her luscious skin while relaxing in front of a crystal-clear pool.

Sofia eats a healthy diet full of nutritious foods. Vergara’s breakfast consists of yogurt with muesli, chia seeds, oats, and blueberries, according to Hollywoodzam. Lunch could consist of a lean protein like fish and a fresh salad. For dinner, The modern family star eats sushi, brown rice, steamed vegetables, or other lean proteins and vegetables that she could pair with it. What about dessert? Vergara told InStyle, “Cake is my greatest temptation, the one thing I can’t live without. The Cake is always present in my home.” Of course, we assume she consumes it in moderation!
