Farrah Abraham is making the big THREE-OH a giant affair. The former “Teen Mom OG” star, who left the MTV franchise in 2018, actually turned 30 on May 31, but it ain’t a celebrity birthday unless it lasts at least a week.
Posting for her 2.6 million Instagram followers today, Farrah updated with mash-up video footage from her celebrations, ones not limited to bikini-clad jet skiing, fried chicken on a boat, plus tender moments with dog Billionaire and daughter Sophia. Check it out below.
Scroll for the video. Farrah, who is looking back on her life anyway via her upcoming memoir, due for release on June 19, posted an upbeat video shutting down the shamers and celebrating all things glam
The Nebraska native showed her her surgically-enhanced assets in a cute and pastel bikini as she enjoyed some water sports, with boat moments also seeing her inspecting hot catered food as she said: “I can’t get OVERRRR this!”
Farrah also included a poignant message in her caption.
The mom of one, recently slammed for posing with a pregnancy test for an ad that also included 12-year-old daughter Sophia, opened: ” Well I hope this post isn’t used against me later in court, BUT I’m officially in the 30’s CLUB ! Gotta say I still feel like a teenager 😇 I guess all the teen mom shaming was all BS in my twenties so ladies take that weight off your shoulders and stand with confidence.” More after the video.

Farrah, who said she felt “slut-shamed” last year after garnering criticism over a lingerie-clad yacht video also including her daughter, added: “To all women who allow rape culture, stand by very bad men, tell their kids, friends to not go to authorities and do not stand by victims of abuse who are violated and still get taken advantage of.”
The former “16 & Pregnant” face said: “WE ALL DESERVE TO MAKE OUR OWN CHOICES WITHOUT PEOPLE TAKING OUR VOICES AWAY.”
Referencing her daughter towards the end of the lengthy caption, Farrah expressed gratitude that “this year my friends/ family respected I literally could only handle my parents around me.
“Even though I cried, laughed, lost it before I arrived and my birthday was canceled twice before this and I finally got strength to have a low key party I am grateful for, I’m grateful I still got an excuse to hug my baby that’s now a young lady,” she added.
