The ruthless warrior, Geralt of Rivia, is also known as the Butcher of Blaviken for a reason. Once a helpless mage was chased by a group of thugs who took shelter in a tower and refused to come out. The thugs were about to kill everyone in the village, and that’s where Geralt came in and killed them all to rescue the villagers and the mage.

According to the stories of other witchers, Geralt of Rivia appears to be a mightier and highly skilled one who can outlive their lives easily. Geralt was able to kill many such monsters barehanded, which no Witcher could ever perform in his entire life.

The story of Geralt and Yennefer

Even though it wasn’t much in the first season, the Witcher fandom loved the chemistry between Geralt of Rivia and Yennefer of Vengerberg. They are both powerful and wild and more mighty together. On a back story, there is an instance where Geralt marries Yennefer, an alternate dimension of the story. Hopefully, the fans can witness it in theatres now.

Here we drop one of the most shocking aspects of the renowned Witcher, Geralt of Rivia, that he doesn’t belong to Rivia. Yes. His native was someplace else, and also most of the warriors of that time used to add the surname or the name of their native as Rivia in order to gain loyalty and trustworthiness whenever they go for hunting down creatures.

Last but not the lease, The great Witcher is at least a hundred years old, even though he looks in his late thirties. Henry Cavill should continue in the role as he is a visual treat to watch as the Witcher of the Netflix shows.
